About Me

Home and School

I am a member of the Whippany Park High School Class of 2028, and live in Cedar Knolls, NJ with my parents Michelle and Sean, my older brother Dylan, and my dogs Blue and Ghost.  I hope to major in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or Chemistry when I enter college. Math and science have always been the subjects that drew me in the most, most likely because my father works in finance and my grandfather is a chemical engineer. My junior year schedule includes courses such as AP Research, AP Computer Science Principles, AP Physics, AP PreCalculus, AP English Language, and AP US History 2. I believe that these courses will adequately prepare me for undergraduate studies in a STEM program, where I can obtain more hands on experience in the field.

My Hockey Career

From the first time I stood on skates at the age of 3, I loved being on the ice. I enjoyed lessons and Learn to Skate programs, and began my first league as a Mite in my local Hanover Storm Hockey Club. As a Squirt, I joined the Jersey Wolves Hockey Club, and also played for Park Junior Hockey during my middle school  years. My father coached me during my younger years, and I eventually became lucky enough to play for one season of high school hockey with my brother, Dylan, on our Park Regional Ice Hockey Team, where Dylan was our goalie. We made it to our division finals together, and I will treasure that memory forever.

Extracurriculars and Service Work

When I am not on the ice with one of my teams, I love volunteering with my hockey club and with younger players.    I enjoy volunteering as a coach with our local recreation hockey league, Hanover Storm. Seeing the smile on the face of a young player after scoring a goal is well worth waking up early on a Saturday morning. I have also enjoyed volunteering with the NY Rangers Learn to Play Program, where I loved watching young hockey players learn and develop as the weeks went on.

I am passionate about charity work, espcially where I can help causes that are close to my heart. I have worked as an Assistant Coordinator for a St. Barnabas NICU Holiday Drive since 2018, after my cousin was born as a preemie and spent much time in the NICU. I work to make families happy and put smiles on their faces during difficult times.

In freshman year, I decided to join my high school lacrosse team in order to stay in shape during my off season. I have played spring hockey for the Wolverines since grade 6, played summer season for Park Hockey in 2024, and am excited about participating in some upcoming showcases this summer.
